How do I install the batteries?

To release battery cover, on bottom, push plastic clip inward. Install batteries recommened for maximun battery life. Be sure to insert batteries in the proper direction. When available, wrap ribbon under each battery layer. To remove batteries, gently pull on the exposed ribbon. Close battery cover. Slide switch to ON to operate.

The candle uses 4 AA batteries (not included). The candle is designed to use alkaline, NiCd (nickel cadmium), NiMH (nickel metal hydride) or lithium-ion batteries. It is recommended not to mix battery types.

Can The Amazing Flameless Candles be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes! In fact, it is great for outdoor and windy environments that blow flame candles out. Because it is made of real wax, be careful of high outdoor heat and sunlight to prevent melting. Do not set in direct sunlight. Keep away from any heat source that could cause the wax to soften, melt or catch fire.

No! The fragrance is instead mixed into the wax and emits a slight and pleasant odor.

How do I set the programmable timer?

The Amazing Flameless Candle timer is set by simply pressing the ON button on the remote at the preferred time of the day, and then, pressing the 2H, 4H, 6H or 8H buttons. If you turned the candle on at 8pm and then pressed the 2H button, it would turn on by itself each day at 8pm and then off at 10pm. You can stop or reset the timer by simply pressing the OFF button.

How do I clean The Amazing Flameless Candles?

My Amazing Flameless Candle is not working. What should I do?

First, make sure you installed the 4 AA batteries in the base of your candle in the proper directions. Positive to positive and negative to negative. Then make sure the switch on the bottom is turned to the ON position. If it still doesn't work contact our Customer Service.
